By completing your purchase and accessing the digital content, you agree to waive your right to withdrawal as follows:

• You explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital product.

• You acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be forfeited once the download or access has begun.

 

REFUNDS FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS

If you experience technical issues with your purchase (e.g., the file is corrupted or inaccessible), please contact us at info@anitawasik.com within 14 days of purchase. We will review your request and, if the issue is confirmed, provide a replacement or a refund.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
